Collage, 2015
Metal, tile, cardboard, color printing, glue, found objects

A series of collages in metal framed boxes continues experiments with urban texture, first started in street interventions. The focus of attention here is no longer the historical city center, but a modern residential neighborhood, the visual aura of which is materialised in metal, corrugated cardboard and tiles.

Each work makes one of these materials the basis for assembling heterogeneous visual elements. Among them are photographs with windows and facades of residential buildings, pictography for packaging, drawings on tiles. Optical illusions are actively used: photocopies or pictorial inserts on paper mimic the real texture of readymades.
